Members of the National Federation of Craft Butchers, the Guild of Fine Food and the Scotch Butchers club it boasts Aberdeen Angus beef from Speyside, Pork from the Clyde Valley, Ayrshire bacon and Galloway Lamb complemented by a range of sausages and oven-ready meals made in house.
